Heavy-duty oil-based oxide primer for structural steel and timber.

This high-build solvent-based formula creates a rugged anti-corrosive barrier that actively prevents rust formation. Engineered to bite into the substrate, it ensures maximum adhesion for topcoats on metal cladding, machinery, and exterior wood.

Disclaimer: There is a small possibility that your order may be delivered in white tins with the product label applied. This is rare but can occur in times of increased demand due to the manufacturer running out of printed tins because of a large spike in sales. You can confirm this with the manufacturer.

Easy to order, good quality paint and very good staff when there was a problem with the delivery, the parcel firm damaged the goods and they were undeliverable, However I picked them up in person with no problems at all and had a refund for the post before I got home.

High quality primer

Have used the grey primer on large farm barn doors. The primer covered the bare metal (galvanized) and old paint in one coat to leave a good finish (people thought it was the final top coat). So, excellent opacity and good coverage.
Paint tins arrived dented (all three) so transportation/handling was careless, but will buy again because the product is excellent. Staff (Lewis) were helpful and responsive.

Everest trade- anti corrosive- metal oxide

Was really worried that the paint contained red oxide paint rather than the grey colour I ordered. It is grey but there is NO WAY to know the content of the tin as tin has a picture of red paint on it.
Perhaps a small label or even a code on tin to state paint colour- not using for a few weeks but had to open tin to confirm colour
