Description

Solvent-Based Resin Technology
Formulated with high-performance resins dissolved in solvent, this sealer relies on deep penetration to bond with the concrete matrix. Unlike water-based alternatives, it revitalises the colour of the imprinted pattern, creating a premium "wet look" satin finish. The solvent evaporation process allows the resin to form a flexible, elastomeric seal that adapts to thermal expansion, preventing the coating from snapping or peeling under pressure.

Total Surface Protection
Engineered for the heavy traffic of commercial premises and residential driveways, this sealer offers rugged defence against "tyre plucks" (hot tyre pickup) and surface abrasion. It establishes a hydrophobic barrier that actively repels water, oil, and fuel spills, significantly reducing maintenance. The coating is 100% UV stable, ensuring the paved area retains its vibrancy without yellowing, while effectively sealing the surface against moss and weed infestation.

Professional Application
Designed for trade efficiency, this product is suitable for application via sprayer, roller, or brush. It is specifically calibrated for imprinted concrete surfaces. The sealer becomes touch-dry in just 3-4 hours, allowing for rapid project turnaround, though a full 24-hour cure is required before vehicle access. Two coats are recommended to achieve the optimum depth of shine and protection.
